Privacy notice
Last updated 2 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data Kinetiq Legacy collects when you apply for representation or send us an enquiry, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Who we are
Kinetiq Legacy is a brand of Kinetiq s.r.o., the controller of your personal data.
Kinetiq s.r.o., IČO 29882575, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 453892.
Contact for anything about your data: hello@kinetiqlegacy.com
What we collect
If you apply for representation: your name, email, where you're based, whether you're 18 or over, your sport and level, your proudest result, your main social profile, your rough audience size, what kind of help you're looking for, who handles your commercial side today, any current sponsors, and what you tell us about why you want representation.
If you send a brand enquiry: your name, company, work email, what you're planning, sport or category, target markets, budget range, timing and the athlete profile you're looking for.
Technical information: if you arrive through a tagged link, we record where you came from (for example the campaign name). Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the website.
We only collect what you choose to send us. Please don't include sensitive information (such as health details) in the free-text fields.
Why we use it
- To review your application or enquiry and reply to you. Legal basis: your consent, which you give when you send the form, and steps taken at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
- To protect the website and stop spam. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
Applicants under 18
Athletes under 18 are welcome to apply. If we take things further, a parent or legal guardian must be part of any conversation, and no agreement is made without their approval.
How long we keep it
- Applications and enquiries that don't lead to working together: up to 12 months, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
- If we represent you or work with your brand: for as long as we work together, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example for accounting).
Who helps us process it
We use a small number of trusted service providers, who only process your data on our behalf and under data processing terms:
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| Zoho (Zoho Corporation B.V., EU data centre) | Email: where your application or enquiry arrives and where we reply from |
| Web3Forms | Delivers the website form to our email |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting and security |
| Google Fonts | Loads the website's fonts, which shares your IP address with Google |
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
